We also require a valid kennel cough\/feline flu vaccine, which is renewed annually. For more information on vaccinations, see the terms of the treatment agreement. Also make sure your pet is dewormed regularly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Male cats <\/strong>coming for treatment must be neutered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Please do not feed your pet anything they don&#8217;t usually eat in the days before coming for day care,<\/strong> so they don&#8217;t have to suffer from upset stomach and diarrhea here.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Animals that are coughing, have diarrhea, have eye infections, or have other contagious diseases, or animals that have external parasites, may not be brought for treatment. In such cases, the reservation must be canceled.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If your dog has previously bitten a person, please let us know when you make your treatment reservation<\/strong>, we will take this into account in the treatment measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If a female dog is in heat during the day care period<\/strong>, this must be mentioned when making the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What does the daily fee include?<\/strong> See the terms and conditions of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moppejamiiru.fi\/en\/palvelut\/sopimusehdot\/\">care agreement.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>We charge for additional services<\/strong> in addition to the actual daily fee. Additional services include, for example, mixing raw food, medication, pets requiring special care or recovering from surgery, wound care, changing paw bandages, running female dogs, additional cleaning if a healthy adult dog is not clean inside, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What does a vaccination certificate mean?<\/strong> A vaccination certificate is the original entry given by a veterinarian on the vaccination card\/pet passport or in the Omakoira application. We will not accept an animal without a vaccination certificate. Note! A photo is not enough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What should I bring with me to the day care?<\/strong><br>FOR THE DOG: original vaccination certificate (photo not enough), intact collar and leash, any medications and written medication instructions, discharge instructions given by the veterinarian for the recovering patient, familiar food and snacks, raw food packaged in single portions, blanket or other sleeping surface, and toys. Food and water bowls are available at the clinic. Check in good time that the collar is intact and cannot slip over the head. If necessary, for safety reasons, we will walk the dogs with the clinic&#8217;s collars and leashes. NOTE! We do not use foam\/superlon-containing surfaces for safety reasons.<br><br>FOR THE CAT: original vaccination certificate (photo not enough), possible medications and medication instructions, discharge instructions given by the veterinarian for the recovering cat, own familiar food, treats, toys and own tray, litter if less than 2 days or charge for litter from the clinic. Food and water bowls from the clinic.<br><br>FOR RODENTS: original vaccination certificate (photo not enough), cage, toys, own food, substrates (chews\/mat), water bottle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When you arrive at the care area <\/strong>(private area) at the agreed time, leave your pet in the car, come to the office through the front door of the gray building with the vaccination certificate and your pet&#8217;s belongings. We will make a written care agreement for each visit and arrange a pick-up time for your pet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If someone else picks up the pet,<\/strong> their name and phone number will be included in the care agreement. In this case, the person picking up the pet will need to prove their identity when picking up the pet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You are not allowed to walk your dog yourself here in the care area for safety reasons.<\/strong> Not all dogs in the care area are friendly to visitors.
