The care fee and additional services can be paid by card or cash when bringing or picking up the pet.
CANCELLATION: free of charge no later than 1 day before the start of the booked treatment period, for reservations cancelled later or not cancelled, 50% of the price of the booked treatment period will be charged.
Please read this before booking a daycare and bringing your pet.
Example calculation of the care fee during normal times: care for 1 dog with own food: arrival Friday at 8:00, pick up Sunday at 19:00, care time 2 full days á 45.00 + 11 hours á 2.00. Care fee 2*45.00 = 90.00 + 22.00 = 112.00. During high season, 10% is added to the price.
